Monthly payroll for every employee
Each month, an admin creates payroll for every employee in StaffSuite Admin. Salary records are organised by employee, so opening one person's record shows their payroll history in one place.
Payroll processing is one of the jobs StaffSuite Admin is built for, alongside attendance oversight and leave approvals. It is meant for the people who handle salaries in a company: owners, HR managers and accountants.
Because payroll sits in StaffSuite Admin rather than in a separate tool, the same login, admin roles and employee list serve attendance, leave and salaries. Positions, designations and teams are managed in that same app, so whoever prepares salaries works from the same company structure as everyone else.
Recording salary payments
Once a salary has been paid, the admin marks it as credited in StaffSuite Admin. That status is saved with the employee's record, and month after month the record builds into a full payment history.
When a question comes up about an earlier month, the history is there to check instead of being pieced together from memory.
What employees see in StaffSuite Go
StaffSuite Go has a Payroll screen where each employee can look at their own salary information. It shows:
- their salary details
- a breakdown of deductions and bonuses
- whether the payment has been credited
- their payslips
Because the credited status is set on the admin side, employees can see whether their salary has been marked as paid without having to ask HR.
Attendance and leave records next to payroll
StaffSuite keeps attendance, leave and payroll in one app. When it is time to prepare salaries, the person responsible can use the same StaffSuite Admin app to review:
- daily check-in and check-out times for each staff member
- monthly attendance reports as PDF
- sick, casual, paid and custom leave
- WFH days for remote and hybrid staff
- company holidays and weekly off days
These records sit in the same place as payroll, so they are easy to look over before the month's payroll is created.
Who can manage payroll
Salary data should only be open to the right people. In StaffSuite Admin, the owner can invite more admins with role-based access, such as an HR manager or an accountant, and revoke that access at any time. Every sign-in uses secure, token-based login.
Each admin is invited individually, so payroll work can be shared with an accountant without handing over the owner's own login.
Payroll in every plan
Payroll management is listed in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans, so a team of up to 10 employees keeps the same salary records as a team of up to 100.
