What every plan includes
Every StaffSuite plan comes with the same core features. The plans differ in how many employees they cover and in the support level:
- Attendance tracking
- Leave management
- Advanced dashboard
- Notice board
- Team management
- Payroll management
- WFH management
- PDF reports
Each of these areas has its own page with the details:
Choosing a plan by team size
Pick the plan whose employee limit covers your whole team, including staff who work in the field or from home. If the team grows past a plan's limit, the next plan up covers more employees with the same core features.
Starter
Up to 10 employees, at ₹1 a month or ₹12 a year.
It includes every core feature listed above.
Professional
Up to 50 employees, at ₹2,499 a month or ₹23,990 a year.
It adds Priority support on top of everything in Starter.
Enterprise
Up to 100 employees, at ₹5,000 a month or ₹48,000 a year.
It adds Priority support on top of everything in Starter.
Monthly or yearly billing
Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. This is how the yearly price compares with paying for twelve months one at a time:
- Starter: ₹12 a year, the same as twelve monthly payments of ₹1.
- Professional: ₹23,990 a year, against ₹29,988 for twelve monthly payments, a saving of ₹5,998.
- Enterprise: ₹48,000 a year, against ₹60,000 for twelve monthly payments, a saving of ₹12,000.
Both prices are shown side by side on each plan card above, so you can compare them before you choose.
What the subscription covers
The subscription is taken out by the company, not by individual staff. Business owners, HR managers and team leads work in StaffSuite Admin, which is also where the company's subscription billing is managed.
Employees install StaffSuite Go, which is free for them, to check in, request leave and see their salary details. Both apps are available on Android and iOS.
Because StaffSuite Go is free, adding an employee does not mean buying another app. What matters is whether your team still fits within the employee limit of your plan.
How to get started
New teams can be up and running in four steps:
- Download StaffSuite Admin and create your company account.
- Create each employee in StaffSuite Admin with a unique employee ID.
- Ask your employees to install StaffSuite Go and check in with GPS.
- Track attendance, leave requests and payroll from the dashboard.
These steps are the same whichever plan you choose. Want to see StaffSuite first? Request a demo through the contact form on the home page. Existing customers sign in on the web dashboard, and plan expiry is checked at login.
